You'll get presets, EA softwares, license key, guides document and PrimeScalper script. - Can I Use Any Broker?
Yes. You have to purchase Open Broker subscription. - How long is the subscription period?
The subscription period is for 1 year. To keep the EA working, you have to renew to before the license expired. - Minimum amount to start?
Standard account USD1000-2000, Cent account USD300 (Recommended) . Please ensure you have spare capital/fund to top up in extreme market conditions that causes high DD. - Can I cancel my subscriptions?
Yes, however the EA will still be active until the expire of 1 year term. No refunds. - How do I receive my orders?
You will receive your orders by email. You will be getting all related EA , license key, guides and presets files thru email. Processing time could take up to 1-3 business days. - What happen if I purchase Partner Broker subscription and then I change to another broker or IB?
You must remain under our designated broker / IB. Unless given specific instructions by us to change to another Partner Broker. If you breached this instructions. your subscription will be revoked. No refunds. - What is required to run the EA/Robot?
You must have a PC or VPS that run 24x7 together with a good Internet access. The EA/Robot runs on Windows OS. Recommended PC with min 2 cores CPU and 32GB RAM. - Can I change my MT4 accounts?
Yes, you can. Please emel to us the new MT4 account number and which MT4 account you wish to replace. Processing time may take 1-3 business days. It is your responsibility to ensure the current MT4 account has no active trades before change request. - Is there any promo running or sales discount for bulk purchase?

If you wish to purchase a large quantity of EA license (bundle of MT4 accounts), you may emel us at

We also have agents/promoters that may have discounted/season price from time to time. Please ensure you buy from valid PrimeScalper agent. You may ask them their promoter ID number for verification if necessary. - When I renew my subscription, will I still enjoy the promo price?
No, promo price validity period is limited and is for initial purchase only. Renewal will follow current price published at our website. - Will the EA autoscale the lot size when my capital grow bigger?
No, the EA will not auto scale or do compounding.
Reason being, we would want our clients to consistently withdraw their profit. - Can I change the lot size manually in the EA setting?
We have provided recommended preset files to be used base on your account capital . However, you may change the EA lot size manually. This is of course at your OWN RISK.
Please be informed, recommended presets/settings may or may not work well with your account due to limitation with your brokers, Internet speed/access, VPS performance and many other factors. Refer also our disclaimers.
